Wholesale Policies, Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering Atelier Vero Art and Accessories for your store. Atelier Vero works hard to create a thriving, good-spirited relationship with every one of Atelier Vero retailers. Our customer is your customer, and your success is our success. Please base your expectations for working with Atelier Vero around the following policies and let Atelier Vero know if you have any concerns.
Accounts must be an established business with a valid business license and reseller permit (if applicable). They must also have a public and physical business location. Online retail must first be approved. Once approved all Atelier Vero products being sold online must state: “created by Atelier Vero” Online resellers may not resell Atelier Vero's products on national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
First Order & Minimum Order
$150 minimum opening order ($100 for reorders). Orders must be placed by email: email@example.com. All first orders will be charged at the time of order. Free US shipping on orders over $300.
Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Online orders must be paid at the time of order. Email orders must be paid by the time of shipment.
Prints of original art are produced in-house, on-demand, in Atelier Vero's Exeter, RI studio. Accessories and framed canvas prints are produced in North Carolina and Colorado, USA.
100% made in the USA. All work is created to last a lifetime. For art prints, Atelier Vero uses archival heavy-weight rag paper by Red River Paper with pigmented inks. Unframed prints are matted in standard sizes using archival materials ready for framing. Framed stretched canvas work is in a solid wooden shadowbox frame ready for hanging and easy to stand up on a shelf.
Order Processing, Freight, & Turnaround Time
Please allow 1- 2 weeks for order processing. Freight charges are billed to the retailer on orders less than $750. Orders are shipped from Exeter, RI 02822 via UPS or USPS. Please contact Atelier Vero if you have time-sensitive concerns.
Store chains can use their UPS or FedEx number at no additional charge. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers.
Display & Packaging
We recommend displaying the work together. These coastal designs are highly collectible.
Cancellations, Returns & Backorders
All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Atelier Vero upholds strict quality standards and all products should arrive to you in perfect sellable condition. Returns are only accepted if items are defective/damaged. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Collections & Claims
Any damages or shortage claims must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of order. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.
Outstanding invoices may accrue finance charges and collection fees. Accounts in default are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.
