Wholesale Policies, Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering Atelier Vero Art and Accessories for your store. Atelier Vero works hard to create a thriving, good-spirited relationship with every one of Atelier Vero retailers. Our customer is your customer, and your success is our success. Please base your expectations for working with Atelier Vero around the following policies and let Atelier Vero know if you have any concerns.
Accounts must be an established business with a valid business license and reseller permit (if applicable). They must also have a public and physical business location. Online retail must first be approved. Once approved all Atelier Vero products being sold online must state: “created by Atelier Vero” Online resellers may not resell Atelier Vero's products on national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
First Order & Minimum Order
$150 minimum opening order ($100 for reorders). Orders must be placed by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. All first orders will be charged at the time of order. Free US shipping on orders over $300.
Ordering & Payment
Orders may be placed by email at email@example.com. Online orders must be paid at the time of order. Email orders must be paid by the time of shipment.
Prints of original art are produced in-house, on-demand, in Atelier Vero's Exeter, RI studio. Accessories and framed canvas prints are produced in North Carolina and Colorado, USA.
100% made in the USA. All work is created to last a lifetime. For art prints, Atelier Vero uses archival heavy-weight rag paper by Red River Paper with pigmented inks. Unframed prints are matted in standard sizes using archival materials ready for framing. Framed stretched canvas work is in a solid wooden shadowbox frame ready for hanging and easy to stand up on a shelf.
Order Processing, Freight, & Turnaround Time
Please allow 1- 2 weeks for order processing. Freight charges are billed to the retailer on orders less than $750. Orders are shipped from Exeter, RI 02822 via UPS or USPS. Please contact Atelier Vero if you have time-sensitive concerns.
Store chains can use their UPS or FedEx number at no additional charge. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers.
Display & Packaging
We recommend displaying the work together. These coastal designs are highly collectible.
Cancellations, Returns & Backorders
All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. Atelier Vero upholds strict quality standards and all products should arrive to you in perfect sellable condition. Returns are only accepted if items are defective/damaged. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Collections & Claims
Any damages or shortage claims must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of order. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.
Outstanding invoices may accrue finance charges and collection fees. Accounts in default are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.

Acceptance of Terms and conditions
Any ordering via the wholesale program constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

You (“the retailer”) must have a physical shop, with or without an online website, OR be an online-only seller with an established following to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of my goods. Selling on third party websites (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon) and purchasing items for personal use is strictly prohibited.
ALL buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fit and to confirm that your shop is a legitimate business. I obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate due to fit or decline orders for any reason after approval for any reason.
How to place an order
Direct (best for CAD-based customers)
Go to the wholesale portal of my site, enter provided password, add items to your cart, and checkout. Prices are shown & charged as CAD.
NOTE: Use the lower menu (once you’ve clicked on a product) to return to the main wholesale menu.
Faire (best for USA-based customers)
I have partnered with Faire to make it easier for US wholesale customers to place orders in their home currency. Head to this link to sign up or to place your order. By ordering through Faire, you are agreeing to their Terms of Service.
I’m happy to offer an invoice for payment (either in USD or CAD). Please contact me to place your order.
By making wholesale purchases from me, retailers agree to these policies.
First order: $100
Re-Order Minimum: $75
If minimums are not met, buyers will be asked to place an additional order for the remainder.
All pricing shown on my site is in Canadian dollars. Prices are only available to qualified retailers who plan to resell the items on their website or in-store. Promotional or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing but would qualify for a discount. Please inquire.
Since retailers receive a very significant discount, wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts unless offered during a promotion or high-volume of items are ordered and pricing is mutually agreed upon under contract. Orders that have additional discount codes applied at checkout, will be cancelled.
All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipment.
I ship all of my items from my home in Courtenay, British Columbia, Canada.
All items are shipped Canada Post Tracked Package based on weight and are sent Monday through Friday, with exception of public holidays.
All import / duties are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping costs.
Qualify for free shipping with an order over $300 CAD, purchased on my website. Faire & name drop orders do not qualify for free shipping unless ordered during a promotional period or under the name drop ordering terms.
PICKUP / DROP OFF
For businesses in the Comox Valley, pickup and drop off options are now available. Drop off options will be subject to my availability and access to transportation. Please inquire prior to ordering.
Once payment has been received, orders take between 1-3 business days to fulfill unless otherwise notified.
Selling on Third Party Sites / Personal Purchases
To remain a reseller of my goods, you must sell direct to consumer through a physical shop with or without a website owned & operated by the retailer or associated linked to your company.
Selling my goods in the following ways is prohibited and may result in the refusal of accepting future orders:
Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)
Drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.)
Classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers
Purchasing items for personal use.
If you wish to purchase my goods for promotional purposes, I do offer a volume discount. Please inquire.
Cancellations & Changes
Since I'm relatively quick to fulfill orders, I can only honor cancellations or changes within 4 hours of order being received and before it has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of my small, single-person, business, I cannot honour returns or exchanges unless the items arrived damaged or are flawed in some way. However, please contact me right away if you’re unhappy. A restocking fee may apply.
If you have ordered through Faire, please follow their return protocol and contact them for next steps.
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact me within 5 days of receiving the order to discuss any potential issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.
Exclusivity & Zip Code Protection
I do not offer design exclusivity unless a ‘from scratch design’ has been discussed and created specifically for a client under contract.
Postal/Zip Code/Block Protection
Postal/zip code/block protection is only offered on a case-by-case basis and by request only. Approval is based on a number of factors and special terms are a requirement to maintain protection. Please submit requests prior to placing first order.

Feel free to promote my items when they become available. I love to promote buyers shops on my instagram feed as well. Please let me know if this poses any issues.
Photography for Promotion
If the buyer would like to use some of my photography for promotional purposes, please contact me. Appropriate credit is required.
Cases or racks aren't provided at this time.
Depending on the item, I offer packaging or loose options to showcase as needed. This is subject to change and may not be available for every product.
