Wholesale Policies

How can I become a wholesale vendor of Atelier Vero?

Stores with a physical retail location and working website are encouraged to apply. We do not accept Instagram, Facebook, Etsy or similar stores. First, please review our complete Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Then apply for a wholesale account on the Application Page. Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email within 1-2 business days to set up your account.

 

How to place an order

Direct (best for US-based customers)

Once you've been approved and have set up your account, you'll receive a login & password to the wholesale portal, where you can order online anytime at 50% off retail, as well as receiving other benefits. We are always here to help. If you have specific questions about setting up an account, please email info@ateliervero.com or call us directly at 860-460-6578.

 

Faire (best for USA-based customers)

I have partnered with Faire to make it easier for US wholesale customers to place orders in their home currency. Head to this link to sign up or place your order through them.

 

 

By making wholesale purchases from me, buyers agree to these policies.

Order Minimums

First-order: $100
Re-Order Minimum: $75

If minimums are not met, buyers will be asked to place an additional order for the remainder.

Name Drop Minimums

For name drop prints and bags, a minimum order of 50 pieces is required. Learn more about pricing and process, here.

Pricing

All pricing shown on my site is in American dollars.

Discounts

Since buyers receive a very significant discount, wholesale pricing does not qualify for additional discounts. Orders that have additional discounts applied, will be canceled.

 

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time the order is placed on our website (before shipping). Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). All orders will be charged at the time of shipment. Net 30 terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with Atelier Vero.

 

Shipping

Our standard wholesale orders within the U.S. ship via USPS Priority Mail approximately 1 week from the order date and arrive 2-3 business days later. For orders qualifying for FREE SHIPPING, please allow 2-3 business days extra lead time. Please account for weekends, holidays, and weather concerns when considering your deadlines. We try our best to ship everything in one box, but sometimes additional boxes are necessary. Please contact us if you have time-sensitive shipping terms, or if you have a FedEx or UPS account number that you would like us to use. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers. Orders ship from Exeter, RI USA 02822.

 

FREE SHIPPING

Qualify for free shipping with orders over $300 USD.

Order Status

U.S.-based customers can check their order status with their USPS Priority Mail tracking number here. International customers, please see details in the previous question about international orders.

International Orders

We are happy to ship certain items like matted prints, cards, and accessories internationally, but sadly, framed prints are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or international customers. You will be responsible for all import taxes and customs-related fees. Please note that once we have shipped an order internationally it is out of our control. So we can't be responsible for lost or damaged packages once the order leaves the US. There are no refunds if your package is lost or damaged. Also, we cannot guarantee any sort of arrival time for international shipments, as these can vary from 1 to 8 weeks.

Damaged Items

We will resolve any issues with delayed or lost packages on a one-by-one basis. Any damages or shortage claims must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of order. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

Fulfillment

The standard wholesale orders within the U.S. ship via USPS Priority Mail approximately 1 week from the order date and arrive 2-3 business days later.

This, however, is dependent on the order volume and handling when the order comes in and inventory levels.

You will be contacted right away if the above fulfillment times cannot be met. 

 

Selling on Third Party Sites

To remain a reseller of my goods, the buyer must sell directly to the consumer through a physical shop with or without a website owned & operated by the buyer and their company.

Selling my goods in the following ways is prohibited and may result in me refusing future orders:

  • Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.)

  • Drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.)

  • Classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.)

  • Selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers.

 

Cancellations & Changes

Since I'm relatively quick to fulfill orders, I can only honor cancellations or changes within 12 hours of the order being received and before it has been shipped. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return most products and get a full product refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return postage costs, and shipping costs to you are non-refundable. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Please note that framed and stretched canvas prints are not returnable due to the risk of damage. If the shipping carrier claims that your package was delivered and you didn’t receive it, we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping the replacement. Please contact us at info@ateliervero.com for prior authorization of returns.

Exclusivity & Zip Code Protection

Designs

I do not offer design exclusivity unless specified in a custom work contract.

Zip Code Protection

In order to qualify for zip code protection, buyers need to meet the following requirements:

  • Place an order on Faire & reorder every 90 days or less.

  • All packaging and branding must remain intact.

Or

  • Request zip code protection BEFORE placing an order on aweedmark.com.

  • Opening order must meet $250+.

  • Reorder every 90 days or less, based on the minimum reorder amount.

  • All packaging and branding must remain intact.

Protection is forfeited or becomes inactive if these requirements are not met.

Name Drop Stickers

Name drop stickers are available in the wholesale catalog. If you are a current customer, please contact me for access. If you aren’t a wholesale customer yet, please apply here.

Social Media Promotion

Feel free to promote my items when they become available. I love to promote buyers' shops on my Instagram feed as well. Please let me know if this poses any issues.

Photography for Promotion

If the buyer would like to use some of my photography for promotional purposes, please contact me. Appropriate credit is required. 

Display

Cases or racks aren't provided at this time.

Packaging

Depending on the item, I offer hang bag or loose options to showcase as needed. This is subject to change.

Privacy

Buyers' information is safe with me! I will not share or distribute at any cost. I occasionally send odd emails for major announcements. 

Artwork Copyright

Reproductions, photocopies, resales, and using artwork for personal or commercial promotion are strictly prohibited without written permission or an art license. All art is under the copyright of Amanda Weedmark.
