I, Veronique work hard to create a thriving, good-spirited relationship with every one of my retailers. I know that my customer is your customer, and your success is my success. Please base your expectations for working with me around the following policies and let me know if you have any concerns.

Account Requirements

Accounts must be an established business with a valid business license and reseller permit (if applicable). They must also have a public and physical business location. Online retail must first be approved. Once approved all AtelierVero products being sold online must state: “created by Atelier Vero” Online resellers may not resell Atelier Vero's products on national/global selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, JET, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.


Opening orders: $200
Minimum reorder: $100

*Annual spends should be $500

Orders must be received through the online wholesale shop (requires a link) or placed by email: info@ateliervero.com. All first orders will be charged at the time of order. Free US shipping on orders over $750.



Payment for orders is required prior to shipping, by check or credit card. Orders prepaid by check will only ship once the check is cleared. Net 30-day terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet and an established relationship with Atelier Vero, but will be assessed a $50 late fee for past-due invoices. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

Wholesale accounts are not permitted to use additional discounts that may be promoted on the website to non-wholesale customers. Accounts who use discount codes will immediately be closed. 


Product Specifics

All products are produced by hand in Veronique's Exeter, RI studio. Prints of original art are produced in-house, on-demand.

100% made in the USA. All work is created to last a lifetime. We use archival heavy-weight rag paper by Red River Paper with pigmented inks. All prints are personally signed by Veronique. All work and packaging are stamped for authenticity. Unframed prints are matted in standard sizes using archival materials ready for framing. 

Order Processing, Freight, & Turnaround Time

Please allow 1- 2 weeks for order processing. Freight charges are billed to the retailer on orders less than $750. Orders are shipped from Exeter, RI 02822 via UPS, or USPS. Please contact us if you have time-sensitive concerns.

Store chains can use their UPS or FedEx number at no additional charge. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers.

Display & Packaging

We recommend displaying the work together. These town artworks are highly collectible.

Cancellations, Returns & Backorders

All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. We uphold strict quality standards and all products should arrive to you in perfect sellable condition. Returns are only accepted if items are defective/damaged. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.

Collections & Claims

Any damages or shortage claims must be received no later than 7 days from receipt of the order. All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection.

Outstanding invoices may accrue finance charges and collection fees. Accounts in default are subject to a $75 reinstatement fee.
