Cancellations & Changes
Since the Atelier Vero is relatively quick to fulfill orders, we can only honor cancellations or changes within 4 hours of order being received and before it has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of this small business, Atelier Vero cannot honor returns or exchanges unless the items arrived damaged or are flawed in some way. However, please contact us right away if you’re unhappy. A restocking will apply.
If you have ordered through Faire, please follow their return protocol and contact them for next steps.
Damaged Items
All items are quality checked before they are shipped. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact Atelier Vero within 5 days of receiving the order to discuss any potential issues. Returns, exchanges, or refunds on damaged items will not be considered beyond this timeframe.
Exclusivity & Zip Code Protection
Atelier Vero does not offer design exclusivity unless a ‘from scratch design’ has been discussed and created specifically for a client under contract.

Postal/Zip Code/Block Protection
Postal/zip code/block protection is only offered on a case-by-case basis and by request only. Approval is based on a number of factors and special terms are a requirement to maintain protection. Please submit requests prior to placing first order.

Custom Items & Custom name-drop items
All Sales Are Final on Custom and Name-Drop Items.
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final on custom items.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy on Custom Items
The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 2 business days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Atelier Vero.

Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 2 business days for a possible refund or exchange.
